I am overweight!
I am 28!
It is 2008...and something has to change!!!
I have a little boy who will be 3 in March and want to have another child soon but I need to get some of this weight off first.
So I have to start somewhere...so here I go I will weigh in once a week and document everything I eat and the excercises I do during the day.
My goal is to go from 167 to 120 by July...I know I will have my ups and downs but I hope that this helps me stay on track. 47lbs is a lot of weight to lose but I need to do something. I will also update my profile picture once a month to document sucess. I just hope that me doing this will help other people who are going through the same thing I am. So wish me luck!
