 Molded to Perfection
Don't be like the people of this world, but let God change the way you think. Then you will how to do everything that is good and pleasing to Him. Romans 12:2

_in Zentsuji, Japan, the farmers of melon grow not the usual round melons but squared melons for easy storage. yes, squared melons. not square melons, but squared because they put the melons in the molder as they bulge. these melons conform to the molder as they grow and eventually become square. think of the benefits of it, it wont roll, it won't eat up much space in the refrigerator and when travelled, they will pile up like boxes. easy! nice idea isn't it?!

_God called us from this world to be His witnesses and be like Him. yes, like this melons, we are to be molded into something we can't become without Him. a popular example is the potter and the clay. a clay cannot be use if it stays a lump of clay. but in the hands of a potter, this lump of dirt is a jar, a vase, a container, something that is so useful. yes, the skills of the potter transforms the clay into something it had never knew it could be.

_as persons, we live and is affected by the forces outside around us. Paul knew it that is why he warned us of being molded to the standards of the world. he reminded us that we were called to be not on our own but to represent Someone who is above us. and because we have our natural selves, we must yearn and yield to the Word to change our minds. what we think is what we do. what we have in mind is often what we are. to change who we are and how we act, we must change the way we think and what we think. in that way we can change our acts.

_be molded by the perfect Potter.
