Always be joyful. 1 Thessalonians 5:16

_someone said, "the world has a lot of things. we should be happy as kings." partly true! why not? in our "expensive time", still we do get a lot of things for free. it is not actually how many do have but how happy you are in what you have. a Bible verse says, what does a man profit if he owns the world and loses his own soul?

_pursuit of happiness was a good, even a great movie according to those who watched the movie. i did not watch the movie because the title itself isn't the so appealing to me. i can't find the urge in me to pursue happiness. i'd rather spend my time being joyous than being happy. what's the difference? a lot to explain. here are some, happiness depends on circumstances while joy transcends circumstances. happiness is based on now while joy extends to lifetime and eternity. happiness is often material while joy is most often spiritual. happiness is less concerned of God while joy is mostly about God. happiness is temporary while joy lasts a lot more longer.

_let us not be destroyed by a failure that is so minor and be discouraged to be fruitful. let us not mourn long over something which will just waste our time. instead, in every situation, whatever the situation is, let us hold on firmly to our faith and find joy in it.

_our world has a lot to offer. there will always be another option not to stay down. use your resources before they use it, aside from you losing it, you'll lose too.
