Young people can live a clean life by obeying Your word.
Psalm 119:9
_have you been so busy that there things that you are suppose to do but you're not able to do? have you been so lax that there are so much hours you spent doing nothing? have you been so late that your boss shouted you out of the office? have you been so bored early in the office and you don't have anything to do? time is another common thing to all of us. we are all given 24 hours a day to spend in our own desire. yes, i cannot lend you an hour or two nor could i borrow some from you. it is so universal that we all have a fair share of it. no one could get more than the others nor would one could get less.
_amidst all our activities, were there chores or daily rituals that you do that is worth doing? was there? were there any?? one that i could suggest is that you spend a fraction of your time being with God. yes, at least fifteen minutes when you're in a hurry or an hour, maybe when you're lax. while in the train waiting for the next station or in the taxi jammed in the traffic, you can be with Him; instead of murmuring and stressing yourself. here are some simple easy steps for you to spend a little or ample quality time with Him.
_look through the verse. if you don't have a Bible with you, try to remember a verse from your mind and look through it. if you got a Bible, read and look through between its lines. does it sound familiar? what was it saying to you? was there a command to keep? a promise to claim? or a warning to bear in mind? look through and read through it. don't just look on it, look through it.
_listen to God's voice. yes, spending time with Him is something He loves most about His children. He do not let us alone, He sits with us when we alot time for Him. He speaks to our hearts. the reason maybe you can't hear Him is the clamour of your heart's outside environment. God's voice is a gentle whisper. breathe out. close your eyes. and listen to Him through your heart. if you could fell it beating, God's voice is somehow a bit louder than a beat. we sometimes refuse to listen when we don't want to message being relayed. but that is God's voice. that is what He is telling you. you can't refuse to listen. you just can't! if you do, He'll say it the loud way. that would be something you should be afraid of.
_live the verdict. having a quiet time with God is like sitting in a court room waiting for the judge to announce what the judgement is. once said, it is concluded. the offender must comply and so is the defender. God's message is something we should live and not just something for us to read and hear. the message is told to us for us to live it so we can reflect God's own image in this world. living the Word is letting the Word live in us and not the world to live but leave us.
_it won't take much time. take a pizza part of your time to feed your hungry spirit.
