It is better to trust the LORD for protection than to trust anyone else. Psalm 118:8
_life's troubles are naturally occuring and are unavoidable. they are here and we can do nothing to make them disappear but face them and solve each of them. here's some reality bits about life's troubles and those that concerns them.
_one, as they are so naturally occuring, everyone has at least one trouble in life. we all have one or more and it is our attitude that makes a huge difference on dealing with them. others take it seriously, others lightly, others face it and solve, others run and let themselves be haunted.
_two, all in life is temporary. as we long and waits for blessings that seems to come and go, troubles will also come and go until dealt with. nothing is here to stay. things appear to stay a little longer but eventually will go and fade away. memories might remind us of them but they will be gone and should be gone. the thing is, who go first? will your trouble follow you or your trouble will be followed by another?
_three, life's troubles are here to test us how well we know. how well we know ourself, our values, our beliefs. they are here to strenghten us, and make us realize what really matters most. it test our convictions and proves what is true to us. often, these troubles offer choices that test our character and our personality. it is done to expose our real self inside us.
_four, life's troubles cannot be dealt all at the same time. we can only solve and make them go away by dealing them one after the other. some seems to comes in bundles but i tell you they came not of the same time. others remain becuase they are too small to be recognized. when the large one come, these little troubles make the big huge. troubles are dealt as they come so they can go. it is like customers lining up to pay and you're the cashier. the longer you entertain one that is with you, the longer the line will be.
_fin'lly, life's troubles come to remind us that we cannot do it on our own. we need God to survive. we need His help, His strength, His wisdom and His guidance. yes, God allows these troubles to come our way when we become too busy to acknowledge Him in our lives. we need Him and He want us to need Him.
_life's troubles are our life's bullies. don't be a loser! |
