yours truly has just started highschool and is a freshmen. i found out that it was exactly what i thought it would be beside the fact that i have to wear a uniform AGAIN!!!! but at this school no body had given me crap....yet. ive made more friends here, then at my whole enitre educational career. i like to dudes, the only problem is
1. im going out w/ my previous bff
2. i haven't talked to them (except for the non mexican dude that brought his skateboard to school which is an odd thing to see in chicago at the school i go to)
but yah so my school is basically 97.8% black 2% peurtorican .2%mexican and .8%white
so now that he have a mental picture let's move one to my next delema. the homecoming dance is comming up and terry ( my bf) already asked me to the dance i told yes or idk im not sure but i really want to take this sophmore (the dude w/ the skateboard) to it but idk if hes single and if hell say yes. and on top of all this...i dont even have money to but a dress or cute outfit or anything! and lately like today for example ive just been crying randomly like i was listening to music and walking to scool so i could go to homework center and all of sudden i just felt sad and depressed and idk why. its so weird now everyone's gonna be on my case about it tomorrow. well anyways its time for me to fix my hair so i know how to do it tomorrow.

Hey...
it's been a lot of years for me since high school, but gawd do I remember the feelings! I getcha on Homecoming...and I think you should ask the one YOU want to ask to go. You'll remember this for many years to come (yep even when your an old lady like me) through your own perceptions and through pictures. You are in high school! Do what you want, and when you want...get yer ya ya's out...for those who remember The Stones...grown up is close enough.
And, btw, I saw your fav bands...what about Incubus???? No one ever remembers them and they are my fav band of ALL time! Do yourself a favor and listen to the "Make Yourself" album!
