| Divorce doesn't make you a bad person, right?

I got married in August of 2005... and my husband just got served his divorce papers that I filed. He is sitting in jail.... been there for over a year for shaking our son when he was 5 weeks old.... I think that there are certain circumstances that make divorces okay... (well, guess I shouldn't have married him to begin with).... still.... am I a bad person?
