So Many disappiontment.(hope not this time)
Anyone who know me knows am a hiphop head and not the 'hype-type' but one who enjoys the lyricism and musicality. Ever since the birth of Nasir Jones (nas) the hip hop nation has watched him go from the boy-wonder of rap and mature to a legend in the game. One can draw similarities to football with that of Cesc Fabregas. Any arsenal or football supporter almost associate with the young spaniard because we saw his development through the years, Again from boy wonder to arguably one of the best mid-field maestros in world football.

Back to topic

The hip hop world has been trying to do that again, find a new wonderkid but with not much success. The Art form has giving birth to so many children, so many disappointments. And we as a community can testify to it.  There has been much speculation of the 'second-coming' but no substance. From Canaibus, Gillie da kid to Pappose and Ali vegas to name but a few. Please don't get me wrong these artist are all talented and skilled in their own right but none have turned 'water to wine' if u get my drift. No unmistakable leader to take us into the new generation. The last generation it was Rakim, then Nas so Whose got next??? Whose gonna change the game.

I had my eye on Cory gunz ( son of Peter Gunz [Uptown baby] ) his mix tape the apprentice made promises that the album would takeover the game like illmatic or ready to die but unfortunately his record label at that time went bankrupt and the album got shelved, he's now signed to def-jam and haven't really heard from him since album-wise anyway. I thought to myself another one lost in the rap dungeon. But it's still early days yet he may still find his way to the top as I hope he will.

Maybe He's the one

Am referring to Charles Hamilton the guy is so brand new (fresh out the oven) made a little buzz with a freestyle with Kayne and The game. He unexpectedly invaded green lanterns Invasion show with his pink shirt and pink head phones. (yes pink). He's go that sick ( I don't give a fuck new york flow)  which is understandable coz his from harlem. He's kinda got that Kayne/eminem style not to type cast him am sure he's his own person but thats how I'll describe him.

Anyway the hip hop community is watching the space and we wish all the new kats coming up now success and remember the world is urs.

Love, Peace and Azizness
