one reason i'm leaving the bible college. its great to follow the bible, and try to be as great a christian and person in general as you can. but no one is perfect, and i'm pretty sure God isnt going to look down upon someone holding hands. he already knows our every move, our every feeling, and i know as long as we ask for forgiveness for our sins, and we continue to live our lives through him the best we as individuals can, than thats all we can really ask for.. if your planning on staying at your school.. all i can say is try to bare it.. i hope everything works out and i hope people start realizing that sometimes its okay to live life, and not follow the rules.

this makes perfect sense. my dad wasn't around so i try to use my grandfather this way. i look at guys and then see how they had similar qualities. i like the fact that my grandfather had a passion for music, how he generally cared about other people over himself, how laid back he was, how everyone loved him. and i know if i could find someone who loved me as much as he did, and made me feel safe and secure, and happy, then i know i have found the person i am ment to be with. this makes perfect sense. and i agree with you about freud also :p

its funny my whole life i've been going from church to church asking so many questions, and i never once had anyone answer them. until now. i even went to a bible college looking for answers, and again i had nothing answered. i watched this video, and by the end i was in tears because i never fully realized any of this. i always believed what they did. and i now know that i need to just look inside myself and look to God and know that its okay to mess up, and its okay to ask for help. wow.. you dont know how much weight has just been pulled off of my shoulders. thank you for that hollis from the bottom of my heart.

i know i am not a mom yet, and i can't say i know what mothers go through. but i will say this. i can look at my mom now at this point in my life and i love her and am soo greatful for everything she has done for me. sure i have been a brat, sure i have said things i regret. but i try to make sure she knows that i appreciate everything she does. my point with saying this is, whatever point you or any other mother out there are going through in life with your children, know that they love you, and you never go unnoticed. :)

i know exactly how you are feeling. My father is someone i try very hard not to be like, and in some ways i try not to be like my mom either. there situations in our lives that snap at us and we take step back and think, what was it all for in the first place? then we realise, thats their problems, and what we have to do is know that we won't be like that. We can learn from their mistakes and grow from that. You are a kind and sweet person, i know you won't be like that because you can choose not to. i'm sorry that your intuition was right, but at the same time i'm glad you see what has happend because now you can know who you want to be and who you are now. :) great post hun. i hope everything is okay! *hugs*

ah love, isn't it grand? hehe Sometimes its the big jestures that don't get noticed because sometimes it doesn't come from the heart. its more meaningful to have a little note handwritten that says i love you than a pair of diamond earings. (even though diamonds are nice :P) To hear i love you, to hear i miss you, a glance, that shows love. and that is something you are very lucky to have. one really can't say i love you too much, or hear it. great post! you made me smile today :)

I love this. and you are very sweet to bring this up! i love love :p hehe but in the real sense. when two people click, and you just know its love, not only by words but with their actions. i believe people can find love online.. i think its one of those things that is hard, but it can happen.. also look at how hard it really is to find love in the real world.. so maybe there is more hope online than one might think. i agree with tony, online is being able to open up more, with words. we do wear our masks sometimes. but i'm glad thoughts exists, because i finally got to take mine off. :)

what i know is we as people have choices. its those choices that last forever, or even for a day. if i love someone and know they are right for me i will love them "forever" it is my choice to do so. flattery can be a warm thing, but it is again the person's choice whether to accept it, or whether it is truth. ofcourse there are people that are insincere, our choice to find the ones who are not. forever is a very long time, but if you make the choice, forever is there. great post smiles!

get mentally prepared before you physically do anything. if its a weight issue, write it down on a peice of paper and tape it somewhere people will see it, only the number. that way when they ask you can say okay this is .... and then it will keep you on your toes as i'm sure a lot of people wouldnt want to keep their weight for everyone to see. it helps and keeps you motivated. :) you are beautiful missy :)

this is a great post hollis! i do not have children, but a few of my friends do. and when we all get together i always put the effort into my actions more than my words. i will not swear or use words that they should not hear, but i do things so they can follow me through behaviour, even when i am around other children i do this. it is important for all of us to realize how much actions mold children. :) great post!
