Dealing with weight is really difficult. I think you would need to start on not being so hard on yourself. Eating is a coping mechanism. It sux... I do it too. One thing that is highly recommended is keeping a food diary. It makes you aware of what you eat and help you make better choices. Its all about baby steps. Hang in there.

OK! First of all You are not ugly! Get that out of your head!
I have lost over 300lbs! I still weigh over 300 but I am almost 7 feet tall.
at my heaviest I was over 600 lbs!
You Need to be seen by a Doctor to see if something is wrong with your thyroid,
or any thing else. If he clears you and says there is no underlining things wrong with you, this is what You MUST do to lose weight. Let me warn you you will not lose it fast, but a few lbs a week. You must eat three meals a day! stay away from fried foods, bread and sugar drinks like coke ETC.. You must try water, diet sodas no salt, caffeine free diet drinks. a glass of O.J. 8oz. You should keep a diary the first week to see what you are eating and why. Don't let the kids in school teasing you set you off to that snack machine.
When the doctor clears you I want you to e-mail me and I will try to help you
But remember it is going to be up to you.
Before you get too sick to lose that weight you must promise me that you will try.
I was very "fat" when I was your age. I shot up to my size later in my life.
at 5'2 you can become a diabetic which means you will be on medication or a NEDDLE the rest of your life.
I married a wonderful women who was only 4'8 we were together for 37 years and knew each other for over 40 so there is hope for you.

I know how you feel. Well, sort of. I don't weigh over 300 pounds, I actually weigh 130, but I have a problem with my weight too. I'm also fifteen and I know you're probably thinking "Okay.. why are you telling me this? You're skinny.." But honestly, I don't FEEL skinny. I think weight is all about how you feel. If you feel ugly, it makes you less confident which makes you unaprochable. I've been dealing with my weight for two years now and I've tried not eating. Trust me, it's a miserable way to go through life. Just try eating healthy! Like fruits and organic food, it helped me and I'm sure it'll help you! :)
