For Jacob
I cannot write nor can I speak, but I will try in an effort to reach the one I love with this my speech. I love you not like a moon. This I will explain soon, for I do not wish to confuse you with my thought. I know I do not write as I ought. Moons will wane, but our love will stay. This is what I must say. I’ll care for you every day, in every aspect and in every way. I am always here in times of sorrow, including joy and especially tomorrow. Whatever comes I’ll hold your hand even when you feel like you’re sinking in sand. If you’re lost, I’m here. If you’re scared don’t fear. I only wish to make you happy and to make you smile, even if it means traveling for miles. You are the one I want to be with everyday, the one I dream of being with in every way. I hope your feelings are the same because I love you Jacob and this is no game. So forgive my writing, I just wanted you to know that this is how much I love you so.
