Judgement and Tolerance.
Christians have this problem where we can't seem to stop judging people. However, non-believers fail to remember that sometimes us horrid Christians aren't judging them at all. I hate tolerance. I think tolerating something is demeaning to mankind. There are certain things that I am not going to tolerate. That doesn't mean I'm judging someone, it just means I don't agree with them. I think that's a huge misconception about Christians. That because we aren't tolerating it we must be judging. That is not true in the least. In Matthew it says let the one without sin be the first to cast the stone. I am not casting stones. I am not perfect. But I also know that are guidelines set for me, and the rest of the world, in the Bible that I will go to my grave trying my best to abide by.

I understand where non-believers get the idea that Christians are hypocrites. I AM a hypocrite. What makes me different is that I have God's grace to forgive me of hypocrisy. It's impossible for Christians not to make mistakes. We are born with sinful nature and we will sin. I think it's time for the whole "I'm not Christian because all the Christians I know are hypocrites" thing to be cast aside. Find another reason to not be a Christian. Don't let other people's mistakes dictate whether you go to heaven or hell.

Just something that was on my mind.

If we could all just get it through our heads that, it is God who convicts of sin, not us. When we try to tell someone that they are wrong, of course they get offended.
We are not Holy Ghost Jr. God can handle the changing the heart part of spiritual regeneration.
Nice thing to have on your mind.
Oh yeah, I am a hypocrite too. Good thing God forgives.

The lesson I learned is that when anyone points the finger (Christian or nonchristian) there are three that are pointing right back to the one pointing the finger - a reminder that we are not perfect and have our own imperfections and character flaws. We all have room to grow better. Thank you for your lovely post. You are right on.
