| Pump it Up! (Dance mix) |
Well i found a DVD which is called ministry of sounds Pump it up Dance mix, it's a video containining dance routines for songs covered by the ministry of sound's music. This dvd is my brother's as he likes all the club dancing and stuff.
I thought i'd give it a go aswell, well i never, there is no way on earth i no anyone that goes to a club and dance like that. That's not the thing though, if anyone is desperate to lose weight, you must try it, it is one hell of a workout. I'm an athlete i go through training that would make people cry if they seen what we had to do but that dance video just whipes that clean, even the warm up knakered me out lol, but as a laugh i suppose i will have a go at some of those dance routines when i go clubbing next.
