It is the day of reckoning. I made a goal of losing 2 pounds a month, which I thought would be cake. Well, it was cake. And cheese. I only lost one pound. But, I've been eating a fruit and vegetable every day which is more than I was doing before. So my weight-loss buddy and I have decided to modify our goals. My goal is to loose one pound a month (because even that was hard!) but continue to eat healthy and exercise three days a week, which I didn't do consistently.
My weight loss buddy was in town last weekend and we were an encouragement to each other. I think if I lived in the same town as someone trying to lose weight and could exerise and eat healthy with them it would help.

Yeah I know what you mean I am the only one dieting in my house hold and it makes it hard. I try to get my husband to work out with me but he won't Oh well having someone encourage you even if its over the phone or email is good too.
