 Silly Question
Hello all.

I should like to begin this random act of mindlessness by introducing myself. Not entirely though, for apparently we lesbians prefer the darkness of caves and only grace the ever-beaming sun with our presence when we're searching ever so desperately for our precious ...

Believe it or not, I've only been able to sit through the first movie of that trilogy. Good book, though.
Anyway, I will aspire to describe myself with the best of my abilities...

I'm all about my ego. Webster has it all wrong. Narcissism cannot be identified first and foremost as egocentrism for they are two completely different words and have two completely different meanings. They both deal with pride, yes, but, in contrast to the common belief to which these synonyms are bonded, I view narcissism as a very immature attribute. It begs me to imagine having a loose, distant cousin who intimately knows the backseat of every car in town, and while you're telling her that you'd be quite happy to buy her some condoms if she's too afraid to get them herself, she's busy fixing her makeup for her next appointment. Nightmare anyone? Yes! Dictionary.com has it right!

"nar·cis·sism Pronunciation [nahr-suh-siz-em]
–noun
1. inordinate fascination with oneself; excessive self-love; vanity.
2. Psychoanalysis. erotic gratification derived from admiration of one's own physical or mental attributes, being a normal condition at the infantile level of personality development."

     I am pleased.

Why, yes I did consult two different sources just for the definition of a word. If you were smart, you'd use this technique as well. Works wonders in essays and the like...But let us get back to the subject at hand. I am actually quite interested in other people. I enjoy people in their proper respects. I crave interaction, if you will, as every human does...

I just happen to know that I'm the shit.

If were to say that I am narcissistic, I would purport myself to be in ownership of a masturbatorium and, more than likely, would have been caught in an awkward position with a mirror numerous times by this age. Being as I am egocentric, I believe someone else should be doing the work for me. The mirror above my bed will be set into place after I actually accomplish something with my life and have time for such nonsense.

[insert smirk and pause here]

Haha, yes, yes, but no. Seems kinky, though.
I'm more into biting to be quite honest.

I was once told that I was a 27 year old in a 20 year old's body. I found it to be an interesting quote so, therefore, as the years progress, I figure I'll go ahead and keep it up. I cannot deny that I am indeed a beautiful young woman (Oh? You hear that? Ego alert! Yes. Well, we'll just [insert sirens] when that happens again)...but I have life experience that many people my age do not.

This makes me unique.
The psychic told me so.

However, I do have one question that pertains to my place of origin and the females that do or do not reside in it.

Where are all the lesbians? Dallas/Fort Worth lesbians more specifically?

I was having a conversation with one of my best friends earlier today and it seems that all the gay men of Dallas....and apparently nationwide....are more organized than anything I've ever seen. They have book clubs, motorcycle clubs, bars, shows, numerous free meeting sites...ugh, it's frustrating to see my sisters in hiding. Are you all so caught up in your jobs at Home Depot, joining the military, and softball games that you don't have time to get out there and meet people? Particularly me? [insert sirens]

Not that I'm looking for sex. To the contrary actually, as I'm currently in a state of celibacy. It's a whole spirituality, priority-setting, finding center bit that I don't feel like talking about in this post. Anyway, free from sexual relations am I, but I would still like to be able to at least have more than two friends of the same sexual orientation. I do have numerous bisexual and bi-curious friends...but those don't count.

They still lick the lollipop.

On a side note, I do like that song.
Yes, Lil Wayne. A lesbian is admitting that it's quite catchy.
You should feel proud.

I'm quite known to go off on tangents when I write. This is not as prevalent when I speak. For when I choose to speak, I usually use as few words as possible. I'm very "OCD" on efficiency. I'm quiet, sexy, charming, not a "party animal".... If you're into astrology or metaphysics, I'm your basic Virgoan...with a slight twist.

This slight twist is indescribable, however.
You will need more than one post before you can claim to have figured me out.

[insert sirens/fadeout]
