 February 24 Sunday afternoon

Sunday afternoons (or "arvos"as they call them here in Australia) we spend at Jill's at Peppercorn Place. Peppercorn Place is a cafe in Steiglitz ,and Steglitz is a ghost town, abandoned after the gold digging era. The few remaining inhabitants of the surroundings keep the heritage - an old court house, the cemetery, well maintain and very much to the era. Peppercorn Place is the only stop on a 100 kilometer way between two big cities, and only about 30 minutes from our farm.
Edward is too little to go gold panning yet (in the same river that runs through our farm!!!???), but every Sunday Edward gets a treat there: coke and cake. Then he has a chat with Jill and a play with the Big Teddy.

Chat with Jill:

Edward: Hi!!! (big wave and a big smile)
Edward: Amy...gone! (Amy is Edward's babysitter who left for university in London a couple of weeks ago; Edward seems to be missing her a lot since).
Edward: Truck...gone (We had a big truck parked on the farm, it was moved, also weeks ago. Edward seems to be missing it too.)
Jill :
???

Edward: Common, Teddybear!

" Go! Go!"

"Bye Mum!"

"In Teddy Bear! In!"
