| Hamster Bath |
So today, earlier this morning, I gave my hamster, Cloud, a bath. As I put her in the tub and got the water running she tried to run up the sides of course, but couldn't and I bathed her with soap and everything and stuff and that was all fine.
But then she did the CUTEST thing. Well its probably normal and i'm probably overexcited about it but she just swam like almost doggypaddling in the water and her tiny paws looked sooooo cute!
I know im over reacting probably but it was so adorable. i give her a bath usually once a month.
But anyways, then I dried her off with a washcloth because to her, since she's little, thats like a towel. And while i cleaned out her cage i let her run around in the big towel making tunnels, getting warm, etc.
She loved it! Well the bath part she probably didn't love, but it was different from her regular everyday hamster routine so I think she liked it. And she got sooooo soft after she dried off, i rubbed her against my cheek.
It was a great bonding experience for both of us. So I wanted to blog about it.
I love my hamster. She is turning out to be such a good pal.
