The SG presidential candidates debated over Greek issues at the Sigma Chi house last Thursday night.
Dixon McMakin and Colorado Robertson debated many issues, but they both agreed that on-campus parties are important to a student's college experience. The problem facing this is that a better clean-up plan is needed for the aftermath of the parties.
During the debate, Robertson's running mate, Bates, brought up the issue of McMakin's full Greek ticket.
McMakin replied saying that it was not his intention for "full Greek dictatorship."
This may hurt McMakin in the election because it is a growing complaint of non-Greek students that there are too many Greeks running the SG. |
