 Short Story
So i've been reading a lot of death books lately and felt like writing a short story, feel free to comment!

*story begins*
Lisa was returning home from work as the sun slowly dropped from the orange streaked skys of New York. The street lights slowly flicked on one by one as the sunken sun dropped ever so slowly over the horizon.
Lisa looked around her as the night life was slowly creeping out of the dark alleyways, that were empty during the day. Even though it was only five o'clock it was dangerous to lurk to long on these streets after dark.Even if it was only five, the sun was already gone and the druggies were out to make their living.
With a quicker pace, Lisa headed for the nearest train station; it was one of those stations where you hardly see anyone or any trains. The kind that would make you wonder, would the train make a sound if it stopped at the platform and no one was around to hear it?
Today was different for Lisa, something wasn't right. The station was filled with a group of kids that didn't look to friendly yet dangerous enough to be hostile. Lisa went and resumed her regular place on the platform, and hoped the kids would not come and disturb her. The whole day was a drag for her, she found out that her aunt has passed away this morning with a stroke. While the stroke occured the Nurse was taking out the trash thus not hearing the poor old women's cries for help. While these thoughts consumed Lisa's mind, she was completely oblivious that one of the teens was already standing next to her.
"Hey lady..." croaked the kid
"YES?" quickly replied Lisa.
The reply was too quick and high pitched, the teens knew instantly that their prey was cornered and scared.
Before Lisa knew it, the gang of teens pounced on her like hyenas that haven't eaten for days. Their laughter filled the empty station, but quickly turned to silence for Lisa. That was the last thing she heard on this cold christmas day, the laughter of evil...
*end*

I wrote this on aim to my friend, so i just copy and pasted here so the format isn't the best...
Also i only spent like 5 or 10mins on it, so the grammer isn't like oscar wild word play either, so forgive me if you didn't like it, but with mistakes comes perfection!
