I have Jillian Michaels work out DVD that I haven't even opened yet. I can't cut out soda...I don't even want to. LOL. That's why when I do really try to lose weight, I go with Weight Watchers. I'm going to TRY to start it again next week. This week, I'm making my infamous tacos to get them out...

Your comment did help, but the thing is, I sit all day at work. There are only 2 floors so I have no choice, but take the stairs. My grocery store is too far away to walk, but I guess I could always walk to the mailbox a few blocks away. I've read that you can eat any time of the day or night...

I don't know if I can tell you that you can or can't change yourself. It's about if you want to. I have the same issues. A friend will invite me somewhere and I will say "sure" and as the day gets nearer, I'm already talking myself out of going and thinking of excuses why I shouldn't...

First about the blogging issue. I love to blog and I came to this sight HOPING someone would actually read my blogs. So I'm reading yours and hope you will read mind. I write to express myself and get things off my chest and this might help you.

At least that came from your mother. My mother is on board with what I want, all her and my dad want are grandkids and they know I am not turning people away when I meet someone, but that I'm not chasing down all men either. I think this lady thinks because she always pretended to like being...
