OK 'I didnt do it' is NOT and excuse!!!
messages do not write themselves and then decide to send themselves to the girl who loves you and who you slept with in school.
Ipod's do not show up in your bag after nearly two years of being missing all by themselves, with all my song deleted and all your songs on there and the name of the ipod changed to yours!
and saying "oh wow I dunno how that happened cause I didnt do it," Is NOT an excuse! technology doesnt lie! You cannot expect me to just say oh ok well the phone, the computer and the ipod all say that you did this but ill believe wat you tell me and not wat i saw with my own eyes.
You insult my intelligence by not even taking the time to think of a good lie!

sounds like a pretty screwed up situation... and youre right, the jackass could have thought of a good lie... or at least a half-decent excuse... what an idiot...lol. well, at least you have your stuff back. might want to keep an eye open on the clepto, though.
