So many questions Sarah. But you know as well as I, there are no answers. Scientists will give you explanations for why we dream. Poets will have another different point of view. Some dreams take us to a better place, some not. I have on occasion woke from a dream only to be crushed and heartbroken that I was returned to reality and wanted desperately to get back to that dream state. But in the end, we dream. That is what we do. I tell myself to consider each dream as a trip to someplace new, where I might meet up with old friends, past loves, childhood pets, or very interesting, and intriguing new friends.

By the way thank you for the inspiration. What I have written is because of you.

Dream tonight....

Right now I am going through a phase when I dream a lot. sometimes they are so lovely I don't want to waken up, others I'm twitching and turning. This morning my husband woke me as I'd overslept. I came downstairs wondering how on earth I had dreamt something so very crazy - you're right, dreams are totally amazing, if not a little tiring sometimes.

I dream all the time, when I'm awake and when I'm asleep. Everyone dreams, just some are unable to remember. Dreams are where our mind takes us. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not, and sometimes you never want to wake up.

I remember my dreams, both good and bad. I get scared many times in the night of what has transpired in my sleep. But those that are so wonderful more than make up for those that are not...Thank you Heatherlyn :)

Yes indeed many questions...I daydream too much...find that I can't even remember how I got home sometimes because I have been lost in one of those. At night...it's a toss up as to whether I will fight to wake or fight to stay asleep. =) The dreams that come true...those freak me out the most. Because I remember I dreamed it when it happens. Had one of those today actually.
