He told her it was over
She told him she would wait
He said it wasnt worth it
"It is because its fate"
Everyday seemed long
Too long to want to bear
life is not what we want
nothing is ever fair
Two years pass on by
and still she waits for him
Hanging on a balance
almost off the rim
She never once would shed a tear
She thought he would come back
sooner or later he'd want her too
they wouldnt fall back to black
The pain in seperation
is much deeper than it seems
She sees him in her nightmares
but moer so in her dreams
She seemed to wait forever
when he came bearing her heart
He wanted to give it back
but could only give a part
Sher looked up in expectation
"Please dont give me pain"
the tears she had held onto
began to fall like rain
For years she felt alone
She always acted tough
he told her that he loved her
she smiled "but is that enough?"
He said they COULDNT do it
they could NEVER be together
with those hearbreaking words
yesterday ended her forever.
