There is pain
as she fights back tears.
She cant figuire out
why the pain is still here
Innocence gone.
Just taken away.
Struggling to deal
and be free someday.
she tries to tell someone
they dont hear her cries.
Just another teen
wanting attention through lies.
She wants to run
Far far away
"maybe if he cant find me,
he won't rape me today"
Perfect smile.
Broken soul.
Living in this way
she has no control
Things get worse
he beats her more.
No self respect
she runs for the door
Full of hope
she tried to fight back.
He pulled out a knife,
she sees only black.
Out of misery
out of pain.
She was in such a place
that she couldnt explain.
she tried to tell them
they didnt here her cries
Just maybe if they had listened...
she'd still be alive.
