| First loves..do they ever go away?

Me and my ex boyfriend Lee have been split up since 2004, but we have came back to each other over the years but we have never made a mend. We were together for 2 years, I got pregnant with our first child after he had a football accident in high school he wasnt supposed to be able to have children. To us it was a blessing and we were both looking forward to becoming parents. I lost the baby 3 months into the pregnancy and with all the guilt and hormones I didnt think he understood me, although hind sight; we were both devastated. Soon after I began expressing myself with drugs and we split up. Long story short, 4 years later and my heart still longs for my best friend. The questions fill my mind..does he ever think about me? I loved him more than anything and I lost him and my baby all in one month, thats traumatic. Anyways when I accomplish something, I always want to call and tell him. I want to involve him in my life and I dont have the courage because I dont know if he has moved on, and it is unbelievable how close we once were and now how far apart we have become. So I found this site... and I dont know how it works but I know I just poured alot out and maybe I can accumulate the balls to call him or send him aletter... if yall can comment or whatever GO for it... peace and love

I think you should email him and see how he's doing. Worse thing he could do is not reply and if you have so much history I doubt he would ignore you. If he does though, you will need to move on. Life is too short and you have to have an amazing adventure with it. Don't dwell on the past. See it as an experience.
