I have absolutely no inspiration right now to write something for my blog assignment, but the planning says I have to so here's my attempt...
My school is the most modern school in the world. It has a website, a computer classroom and even smartboards! But the thing is, nothing works. The smartboards, for example, have a power-button that is placed at the projector, which is about 2 metres high. So it's quite normal for us to see teachers desperately trying to switch their smartboards on by using a wooden stick to get to the button. And of course you think: don't you have a remote? Yes we do, but that thing gets lost before the teachers even know it exists.
A second example of our high-tech school: when all the computers in the computer classroom are being used, the internet becomes so slow that downloading a website can cost up to 5 minutes! And it's no exception to find your computer crashed when you try to log in, or all your files stored into somebody else's account.
But the worst thing about my school is the school's website. It's used for letting students know if they have classes that are canceled because of a teacher who isn't present at that day. But usually the website is useless. The updates about the next day aren't online untill you are already on your way to school, so when you arrive at 8 o'clock you find out that you could still have been asleep right now... When you try to complain about that, the school says you have to check the messages on the tv screens which are located at certain places in the school, but of course, to do that, you have to be at school in the first place. And íf you are at school, there's a big chance dat the only thing you'll see is a black screen...
So, you can really say my school is the most modern school in the world. And even with this stupid subject I've written enough for this month, so this is the end of my blog.
At least I haven't wasted any paper with this nonsense...
