 Where do Ideas Come From?
One day while I was browsing the yarn department at our local Hancock Fabric Store I found a book that had wonderful handbag patterns. The name of the book was Pursenalities by Eva Wiechmann. After I had knitted several of the handbags from this book I found another book by Eva Wiechmann called Pursenality Plus. This book is also filled with great patterns for handbags.

While we were vacationing in South Lake Tahoe last summer I visited the local yarn shop and the owner asked me if I had ever tried Entrelac. This stitch is so much fun and so addictive that you can think of all kinds of projects to make with this stitch. I used the book called Scarfstyle by Pam Allen to learn how to do this stitch. The instructions are well written and easy to follow.

I also found a book that is excellent for knitting socks. Again the instructions are well written and easy to follow. That book is called Getting Started Knitting Socks by Ann Budd.

It seems that ideas are all around us. We just have to start looking. Where do you get your ideas? Let me know.
