On January 17 I posted about a car accident I was inthe day before.
It took until March 26th to get my Durango back........Then I had to take it back a week later. There was something not right in the steering column. It turns out that if I would have kept the Durango any longer (even 2 days) the entire column was about to malfunction making it nearly impossible to drive.
Long story short they gave me an unsafe vehichle. Then a week after that I was called and told that the other guys insurance company will only accept it if the put on a new column... seems like a good thing right?.....
Apparently Dodge is out of stock!?!?!? I am still waiting, and have been told it may be as late as July or August.
Can this be right?
Do I have any recourse in the matter? 6-8 months without my Durango is a bit much! Remember the Accident was in January.
I suppose I can look at 1 bright side if I must as the Durango's Gas mileage is unsavory.
