Still waiting to here on His insurance to get a rental and my Durango fixed.

As far as his side of the story, he states that when he turned All of the lights were yellow. ( this doesn't add up as My light had just turned green when I was still about 4 car lengths away.)  The look on his face was priceless when the cop said "The lights don't cycle that way sir whatever you saw that was yellow doesn't exist."

So from that I take it the intersection from where he was had a green light, but no turn arrow.  He kept saying "This is ridiculous" and" you have got to be kidding me!"  I think he plans to fight this in court. I just wish there had been witnesses.
