Thanks Megan for stopping by. We try to do what's right and pleasing in the sight of God. When we are positive we grow stronger, when we are negative we grow weaker. We seek the greater good that life has to offer and sometimes we find it hard to receive. It is only because our minds are stuck in the negative side of life that we are not able to attractive into our lives all the good that God has provided for us. Then we allow the bad things that we see in our world to get in the way of all the beauty that God has provided for us in this world. When we are able to let go of the negative, open our eyes, and stop looking at the trees, we then can see deep into the forest and be amazed at what we have now discovered which was right before us all alone. Red Moon, hold on to your belief. Stay in prayer, and know that with God, all things are possible.
Prayer changes all things. Keep the lines of communication open at all times. Even when it doesn't seem like you might be getting through to her, write your thoughts in a diary and some day she will be able to see just how much her sister loved her and missed her. Show your love even though she may not always understand. Continue to bond and become one. Nothing is greater then that sister to sister love. I know, because I have a sister that has MS. Has had it for more then 25 years now. In the past year her body had deteroated to the point that the doctors had given up on her and suggested that we put her in a hospic. We said no and went into a 30 day fasting and prayer. Now she is still with us and her condition has improved to the point that she is no longer on the danger list and the doctors are truly amazed. We all are and we are truly blessed. Your sister's condition can also change and in no time at all she could be back home with you. Stay in prayer, ask others to pray for her, show her much love and always be there for her. Hold on to your faith, and to God's unchanging hands. He is a God that is able to do all things but fail. Be strong, be encouraged and be blessed.

Although I don't know what really happen and the real reason you are so ready to take another human life, I can only say to you that unless you release some of the hate you have in your heart, you are going to explode. Taking your friends life for what ever he has done will never solve the problem. It will only create more problems for you and the lady you say you love. If you truly do love her and her son, let go of your hate for your friend. Move on and enjoy the beauty of the relationship you now have with your new family. Find forgiveness in your heart and you will find peace in your relationship. Without forgiveness there will never be any peace with you are with the relationship you are involved in. Forgiveness is the first step towards recover from a bad dream. First forgive yourself, and forgive your friend. He may not be able to forgive you, but that doesn't matter. Gwatian, I am of the same mind as you. Marriage is what two people who make the commitment to be together make it to be. If one spends their entire life searching for their soul mate, you are spending wasteful time that could have been put to much better use in working out plans that will help make life together a much happier, loving and rewarding one. Thanks for the visit, and your ability to speak truth to power despite the trials and tribulations that you have had to endure. I am not surprise to here what your church friends had to say, although I should be, because we as believers are suppose to be our brothers keeper. But when we turn a blind eye to another human that is being abused in any form, I have to question the spiritual wisdom of these so called friends and the teachings that they are receiving.
No person has the right to abuse another and and no person should be made to believe that they should stay in an abusive relationship.
The one thing that we really do know, and that is, God is an on time God and He will never fail you or forsake you, we thank God for his timely rescuse of you from the hands of your abuser. I know you have over come a lot to be in the spiritual state you are in today. I say to you today, continue to stay strong, stay focus, be encouraged and always keep Him first in you life.
You have given the world a most powerful and profound testimony of your life, and the power that God gives to those, who trust and believe that you can, if you are willing to take the first step. Continue to tell it everywhere you go and prehaps it will help other women who are caught in similar situations to free themselves. Be Blessed.

However, we can grow in his grace, if we would just change our ways. Love is always going to bring us pain and heart ache. However, the most important thing to know within our heart that we really do love our children know matter how difficult they may be. I too have two boys, one is 20 and the other is 23. My 23 is the one that I have had to stand by and watch him make what I would say some pretty dump choices in his life. I often tell him what my parents told me, "you make the bed you sleep in, you can make it hard or make it soft." I learn my lesson well by my parents allowing me to make my mistakes and not interfering in my decisions that I had make. If we all learn to love our children, but learn to love them unconditional and not been judgemental for the most part of them, that great values that you instilled in them as they were growing up will come to bare on them and they will see the light and make a correction course along the way. When we love someone, we must let them go, be free to find there own way, when we do that and they return to us for advise then we can freely give it and know that we made the right decision by not interfering in their lives and the decisions they made. Put your son in the hands of God, pray for him often and allow him to have his space and freedom. Give him your blessings with love and just stayed prayed up for him at all times.

Knowing that where ever you are and what ever you are thinking, I want you to remember this one thing. Never ever give up on life. You were created for good. In order for you to become better than what you are right now, you must go through something. Anything worth having is worth waiting for. Worrying have never ever accomplished anything. It destroys all that is good within you. It takes away your ability to see the forest because by worrying you can only see the trees. You are blinded by your lack of foresight when you are worried about anything. Stop worrying and start planning for what you want. Nothing that you may desire is for from your own ability to think of it within your own mind. Think of it, believe you can have it and then receive it. Remember, you are a created being. Created by the one God, who can never fail at anything. You are created in His image, and with that image, you can move mountains if only you just believe you can. Stop worrying and start doing. Don't allow trouble to stand in your way of you achieving your desired goals. Your friends are right where you left them, but in order for you to reach them, first reach deep down inside of your self, and begin to see your self as a beautiful, loving, caring person. One that is willing to go the extra mile to receive the good that God has blessed you with. Ask for what you want, have patience and dare to believe that you can receive it and it will come to you. You attractive into your life those things and people whom you believe to be there. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Greetings Caleb: You are right on the money and I know you are truly a man after God's own heart. I too know that God is a prayer answering God. He has answered so many of my prayers, I don't even keep count. I just try and tell others what He has done for me. Within the last two weeks my Dad who is 90 years old had a major surgery and after coming through the surgery and being released from the hospital a few days later, he passed out and had to be rushed back to the hospital. His faith our prayers and the prayers of so many other from all over help to keep my father alive and has given him a brand new burst of energy and strenght to continue his life here on this earth. God is good and it is so good to know that you know the He is just like me. Continue to maintain your faith and grow in His grace. God be with you and your family. Hey, my friend; I could not be more agreeable. My Dad is 90 years old, and he rides his bicycle every day. On his 90th birthday he got his drivers license renewed for another 12 years. He has a very sharp mind and his physical strenght is as strong as any young person. He looks good and He feels good. He makes you look old as you said your dad does. Learn from your dad and then teach others. You will be greatly rewarded for your effords. Stop by my place for a visit sometimes, you may find something there to help encourage others.

Your name says it all. Faith is the substances of the things hoped for and the evedience of the not seem. You must first take a good look into the mirror and really see the person you are looking at as a person that can change and become the person that God intended you to be. Just because you are in the recover state, doesn't mean that your life cannot be full of love, joy and happiness. You must learn to believe that you are a person that God created in his own image. He gave you a life worth living and he wants to have an enjoy the finer things in life. But he must have your complete co-operation in order to work through you to help you experience the joy of living there in Kentucky. There is a great life for you to live there right where you are, but in order for you to find it, you must open your mind to the many possibilities that God wants to use you for His own glory.
If you have not excepted God as your Lord and the savior of the world, what a better time then now to do so. Just think of what you can do with a brand new you. How you can help your Mom turn her life around and stop being abused by some man. The two of you can put on the entire armor of God and no weapon that will be formed against you shall ever prosper. If you havn't tried Jesus, try him and let him help you stop being bored and become filled with the joy and happiness that you and your Mother so greatly deserve. You stated in your posting that you just want your Mom to be ok. Is that to much to ask? I say to you today, that it is not to much to ask, but you must ask Jesus to guide your heart as well as your Mom's heart to be strenghten and made a new. Joel, please know that God is a merciful, loving and just God. He is in total control of all things, and all things are in his hand. Our prayers go out to this family, because we know that when prayers go up, blessings come down. May each person in this family receive their due blessings.
