I don't usually remember my dreams, or at least I do for about 5 seconds after I wake and then they just disappear, like they never even happened.
But last night was one of the few exceptions. I don't know what bought it on and certainly not why - but last night I dreamt of a friend I have known since high school who in my dream was dying in a hospital.
It wasn't scary, but it seemed like forever to find my way around this huge hospital just to find her. I ended up in the wrong ward and had a close shave with an elevator - that after I stepped out onto the desired floor, proceeded to crash back down to the floor - of course from then on, I took the stairs.
But anyway, eventually I found her and she looked so ill and frail. In reality, she does have heart problems and has been in hospital before - but this was just, tragic.
It isn't the first time I've dreamt of a persons death, although I've never dreamt my own. But this just stood loud as day. Beforehand, I've dreamt of my mothers, fathers, sister's, grandparents deaths - but, never have they felt so - real.
I don't know, maybe it just feels this way because it's still quite fresh in my mind. I don't believe in all the psychic shit that goes round, so I can rule that out for a start.
What really gets me, is why do I dream up stuff like this? I mean, it just seems so random. Guess it's just another one of those questions that will and never can be answered.

hi dark!
i'm the same way - never remember my dreams and basically consider that i don't dream considering how fleeting they are.
dreams don't have to do with 'psychic' stuff as far as i know but with residual thoughts and emotions that your brain has to deal with. remember that is an incredibly complex lump of grey goo you have in your head.
maybe there's something else going on in your life...
or maybe it's nothing at all...

hey there,
you may not believe in all that psychic but i honestly believe we do leave our body when we dream and travel to other places and times. maybe thats whats happening to you thats why it was so real..just a thought..maybe I'll see you in your dreams ~OO~
