| Problem, anyone can help?

To start with it, I am currently staying in a rented flat with another 3 housemates. Let's name them A,B and C.
A, a gal was asking us the permission of letting her 15 friends to stay in our flat for 2 nights for some kind of their society's activity. However, C didn't say anything nor agree on this while B didn't mind of anything. But for me, I would prefer not to let them stay for reasons.
First, I have a quite a lot of work to catch up and I would like to concentrate to my fullest without any disturbance. I don't quite believe it when she said they won't be noisy. 5 people's voice is enough for the whole room to hear, how about 15 people? Second, it won't be comfortable for me or the 15 people to cram in this small house. And how about the electricity and water bill? Are they going to pay for it? As far as I am concerned, they won't if I don't ask. And who is going to clear the rubbish and clean the bathrooms? No one except for me.
C, talked to her about it ( Well, C is actually my boyfriend), and you know what did she say? Everyone in the house agree and she can't do anything because she had promised her friends already. Well, C of course won't budge off from this; he said he will kick them out if it is going to be irritating. Haha..
Can anyone give any opinion about this? It is frustrating and give more stress than never. **Huhu**

Haha.. Thanks, but C managed to solve the problem...They didn't come and stay..(Phew..what a relief..):-)
