| The best exterior house color to sell your home is
|
|

I really never would have thought it but...you ready? *drumroll*... it's yellow! =) A happy color. That's nice. I know you all are probably thinking, "Why post this? *SNORE*" Well, it particularly hits close to home (hehe, no pun intended... I'm a dork!) because we just purchased a house not too long ago that is a hideous shade of blue... wait... green? (Yes, that's how bad it is...) Anyway, I need to paint it and I was researching colors. Yellow turns out to have the fastest selling rate and also turns a good profit. I was thinking grey myself... grey with white trim and a red door. Sweet! Eh, we'll see.
Question for the day -
What and/or where would your dream house be?

interesting. our old house was yellow. we did not sell it though. we rent it out - that covers the mortgage and the house keeps appreciating over time :)
regarding my dream house, in some ways i live in it now. we are lucky to have the house we do. its on a lake, with a pool and all kinds of cool stuff, so i have no complaints about that. the only thing i would like different would be a little more space for family and friends to stay over. if we ever do move it will primarily be for more room.
