Last night I asked my partner "why are people arseholes?" and he told me that I was asking a question bigger than "what is the meaning of life". Reading your post just reminded me of the conversation. I've worked with people who behave like you described and yeah, its hard. I hope things improve (like the boss gets the guts up to cultivate a healthy environment) or an opportunity comes up for you to move onto a better job somewhere else. (posted in The cow at work)
Not sure what its like there but in Australia ATMS have a daily limit - mostly $1000(Aus) I think. Also, here banks often put a freeze on any account that appears to be getting systematically emptied out particularly when the transactions don't match normal activity for that account holder. With this plan wouldn't you be worried your parent/guardian/s would report the car stolen and the police would stop you before you cross the border? (posted in Successful Plan at Running Away?)
Hi, just thought I'd comment to let you know I was here and was touched by your post. I can relate to times like these. I think its good that you're writing it out - if nothing else it helps get things off your chest. Don't worry about whether your words will shock - you should say what you want - how you feel. I think we use strong words when we have strong feelings because they are so expressive. (posted in Scream head off!)
