My thoughts on the world today
It's been a while since I posted anything on here, boy do I have some thoughts lined up. The most pressing issue on my mind lately has been the situation with Iran. I think our leaders are being completely naive about this situation. I also don't think president Obama should ever profess himself to be Christian again. I know it's not a Christian thing to do to doubt ones salvation but how can he know his bible and do and say some of the things he is? He actually referred to Israel as colonization! Anyone who truly believes that the bible is the word of God, knows exactly what's going to happen here. Israel will not ever be removed from the promised land again. In fact when they are attacked by Iran (along with Russia, along with some other rogue nations) God will supernaturally intervene! The bible doesn't beat around the bush here. It also says that Israel will be alone in this conflict. I've always wondered where we are in all of this. I mean the most powerful nation on the planet doesn't just evaporate? Now, I'm starting to see it. Obama basically threw Israel under the bus last week at the U.N. Conference. I guess this strong Christian man forgot that as we do to Israel it will be done to us. Israel is the apple of Gods eye. So few of us are seeing the world through the lens of scripture these days. I especially have Catholic friends who just don't get the deal with Israel. How can you know anything about the bible and not get the deal with Israel? The Bible's prophesy record is 100%! Everything from the subtle to the flat-out obvious that it says will happen has either already happened or is getting ready to. For those who've been gracious enough to read this far, but are not convinced, I have a challenge for you. Come up with one other people group who was disbursed all over the globe and then came back to reclaim their homeland after 2500 years. Just one, I dare ya. And what's more, the book of Daniel predicted this exact thing, even the number of years they would be disbursed! Many of my ancestors were Native Americans. Just to put things in perspective, does anyone think that the Cherokee tribe from what we call Tennessee, will all join back up and move back to Tennessee in about 2300 years? This people group probably won't even exist in 2300 years, much less join together to habitate a certain little piece of the world. I think enough has happened that even the hardened skeptics need to re-think things. If this prophesy was accurate, the over 300 prophecy's about the life of Jesus were accurate, and the stars are aligning (so to speak) for another thing that has been prophesied almost 3000 years ago maybe we should take another look at this book. I know these nations will attack Israel because my bible says so, what I don't know is if the attack comes as a response to an Israel attack on Iran first? It would make sense that Russia and the other nations would get involved at that point and the US would (under the direction of our wishy washy leader) just stand back and say "why did you do that?" That part is scriptural, by the way. (Ezekiel 38)
