 Losing It: Day 57
I have made some changes to my exercising. On my days off I do two of my work out DVD's. And right now since I get 3 days off a week I think that will work quite well.

Also the DVD's I do is Hip Hop Abs and I like the moves but not the music. I love country and so I started wearing my MP3 player and putting the DVD's on mute and I tell you I work out harder because I am listening to the music I love and just want to move when I hear it.

I can't wait to get into the harder stagies of the DVD's with my music I bet I will really get the calories burning. Although at that point I will need to move down to the basement. I figure if I keep this up I will hit the harder ones the middle of next month and so I better hurry and get those warmer work out clothes other wise I will freeze before I get my blood really going and besides how motivating is it to keep going when you are shaking so bad from being cold.
