George is Back!!!!
George is back, after being a little under the weather. I think my body needed the rest. I got my 45min in this morning with 20 pull ups and an extra 10min on the elipticul. Feels good so far, I was telling Bob that during the workout I feel drained and it's hard to catch my breath, but once it's over I feel like I've got alot to give. Not sure why but as we get through this 6 weeks I'm thinking I'll get past that whole out of breath thing. Or maybe I'll quit smoking!!!! LOL

Anyway, I'd really like to turn it up over the next few weeks, my goal is not to do any assited pull ups. Right now I've given up the pull up machine and still doing the 20, But it takes me an extra set since I'm only getting about 8-10 a set. I also want Bob and I to get through the workout faster so we can add some other things to it. My other goal is to be able to run at a consitant pace on the Damn treadmill mill for at least 25mins.
