Well now that i know how to cut the language filter off i can type in this thing without everything becoming explicite. We had the first snow of the year today. now for those of you not from the south, snow is kinda a big deal. Most people think that southerns freak out in the snow because they cannt drive in it. its not the snow, its the ice. See most of the time when we get snow we also get ice, so that is why you always here of us stocking up on food and stuff, cause ice shuts stuff down. We had no ice today, but it was an excuse for some of my good friends to come hang out. We played in the snow and had a good ole time, just like when i was in middle and high school. i hope the roads dont ice over tomorrow cause that would kinda suck, not that i have anywhere to go, but still.
i have found that my guitar is the biggest thing that has changed me. I have always messed around with it, but in the past few weeks i have put my heart into really learning how to play the thing, and i have improved greatly. I went from being the guy who would pull it out when i got drunk and could play a few songs for the girls, to that guy who you can find upstairs learning new music. It helps relieves stress.
well im gonna go down stairs and hang out for a while

We've had a lot of snow here in Kansas. Ice storms too. Power outages with the lines coming down thanks to the trees covered in ice. Once you get good at the guitar, maybe you should consider writing your own songs to play. From your writing, I think you have the heart for it.

Relieves stress? I've often thought about taking violin lessons. I played the flute for four years but have no desire to play anymore. Yes, I'm originally from St Louis so I know all about the snow and ice, then I moved to Miami and loooved the warm weather. Too bad my schooling as brought me to Denver, it's gorgeous dont' get me wrong but it so damn cold and snowy! Later
