Misogyny is not funny.

It is not cool.

It does not make you entertaining.

You know what it makes you?

An asshole.

And that's it.

If you're so fucking insecure with your masculinity that you have to downplay the rights and existence of half the world, so be it.  Since I'm a woman, I apparently can't stop you.

I'm pissed.

It's one thing to joke around, but it's quite another to make someone feel totally unwanted.  Especially by using one of the things you know she hates most.

I don't know if I'm being overly sensitive or not, but I know that whatever went down on Monday night really, really hurt.
