| Police Sued for Sharing Teenage Sex Tape
|
|
|
A story currently running on "The Smoking Gun" (link below) states that a 17-year old "Jane Doe's" sex tape, made with a boyfriend and showing the full range of sexual acts, was confiscated by police and consequently viewed by numerous policemen in the Harrison, New York, police department. "Jane Doe" was 15 at the time the tape was made.
"Jane Doe" alleges that the police repeatedly showed the tape to one another privately, in her presence, and in close proximity to the cell in which her boyfriend was being held. Far from being shown for evidentiary or investigational purposes, Doe alleges that the tape was shown as a means of tormenting both her and her boyfriend and for the "sexual gratification" of the police officers.
One police officer stated that he ought to "beat" the girl and added that he hoped the girl's parents would beat her.
Having retrieved a set of anal beads, a police officer mockingly asked if the beads were intended for "Jane Doe's" mouth. The police allegedly also held a camcorder on "Jane Doe" while they were viewing the video and asked her personal questions.
One may rightly ask, when hundreds of people each year are arrested on trumped up charges of "child pornography" or in instances in which innocents have been entrapped by police on sex charges of various types, why have the policemen in question not been charged with possession of child pornography in this case?

Yet another example of cops out of control.
I'm not anti-cop, but a fair amount of them have mental issues.
