So, I've come to the conclusion that looking for a new job is a good idea.
I don't know which contributed more to my conclusion:
1.) My boss hasn't paid any of our outside suppliers. So, I can't even order printer paper.... let alone have our alarm/ security for our office paid for...pfft, guess that isn't important.
2.) 2 people have been fired in the last 3 weeks.
3.) People there are jerks that treat me like I am a slave....not a coworker.
4.) One of the managers I actually liked is quitting at the end of the month...I can't blame him, but already I have 4 reports I will have to run and combine and be in charge of....(thanks to him) oh, and I get to assign blame for stuff I don't fully understand or that I am not even involved with. ( I miss the days of just answering the phone!)
5.) My boss is a liar who can't hire someone to save his life...ya we got a former lifeguard with no office experience to be a dispatcher in our office. Like, what is next, get a former circus clown to be a manager...although from the way the managers act it wouldn't be that much of a stretch.
Other than that...I guess our main customer hasn't paid us, which might be contributing to us not paying anyone else that is needed to keep our office running.
I've applied to 2 jobs, but right now hardly seems like a good time to apply to jobs since there is a huge lack of anything in my city.
On another note, karma worked in mysterious ways on the TOLM(The Office Loud Mouth) She got in a car accident....I guess she veered off onto the shoulder of a road and ended up in a ditch.
