I was watching a documentary about a girl fighting against bullying, and looking at how she worked towards bringing this issue to light led me to this thought - what makes a leader? Hereunder are the qualities i think are important for leadership:
1. They have a purpose
2. They believe in their purpose
3. They are passionate about their purpose
4. They sympathize with people and listen to them
5. They face the problem as a challenge and an opportunity to learn something new
6. The identify opportunities and grasp them
7. They are not afraid to communicate their thought and listen to suggestions
8. They are open to change and are not afraid of it
9. They strive to be the best and inspire those around them to be the best
10. They are always learning, which helps them to work for their purpose even better
11. They care
12. They are quick to see their mistakes and make amendments
13. They are optimists
14. They are not afraid of what others think about them
15. They listen
