Hey there, I have problems with my knees and have to strengthen them up. But, one way to build up your ankles is to walk on your toes sometimes. Or if you are just standing then go up on your toes then slowly back down. Even if it does hurt some you have to get past that threshold. I used to work out all the time and have been SLACKING this year and it shows. Good luck and I hope this at least helps a little.

I hope ur keeping an eye on protien lvls you don't want your bod going after you muscles for it that's what causes alot of the probs in anas friends :) good luck w the work out and the leg of it doesn't do right tru a good swim .

Its OK I actually know the cause of the pain in my ankles. I suffered from a condition called osgood schlatters while I was growing and I still get trouble from it. my protein levels should be ok. I eat a lot of eggs and chicken breast.
