Its been a while since posting a blog. I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I am proud to say I am now 214 and getting smaller by the day.

I have been running on the treadmill and doing well. Apparently my wonderfully not too bright hubby had it set to where it was like i was running up hill......SIDEWAYS. it was at a full incline on the left side but only half incline on the right. So here I am thinking there is something wrong with me or my feet and come to find out nope its not me at all. So anyway I got the treadmill back to where it was like running on normal ground and did my 20 minute routine. Instead of isolated burn in my calves it went all the way up to my rear end! I felt like someone was behind me with a cattle prod. I made it all 20 minutes and only stopped 3 times. Apparently I have a case of asthma and running at 5.0mph is a little rough for me. 

I was out in the yard with my kids Tuesday and a group of men whistled at me. My husband was standing right there! Oh it was the best feeling ever! He got so mad I thought his head was going to explode. I merely smiled and told him its just the beginning dear. I love karma. He treated me like horse doody for years and now that I have had enough and am taking my life back starting with my appearance the man doesnt know what to do or how to react.

Well thats it for me today... Im planning on running a full 3+ miles tomorrow and I will break on Sunday to give my muscles time to rest.
