For the product which we haven`t put on our site, we will try our best to contend your request by our big delivery system.

About delivery time:
In principle, we not promise sent the product at certain specific time, such as 10:23,(we promise sent the product in the morning or the afternoon on X day, or before X o`clock) If you have such special requirement, you can choose"in time deliver fee", we will sent the flower at the time(+15minutes) ad you request. But if we met the inexorable reason to delay, such as: traffic problem, can`t contact with the recipient, we will not responsible for it.

The day not in festival, we support in time delivery, same day delivery, at least 3 hours can arrive.

We delivery time of normal day is: 8:30-20:30, if out of this time, we will require to add some service fee.

Christmas, Spring Festival, Valentine`s Day, Mother`s Day and so on, such important festivals we only can guarantee delivery in that day.

About flowers:
We promise flowers in fresh and gifts in high quality, and our service is also the best! If you don`t satisfied with our service or we can`t finish your order, we will return the 100% payment!
Because of the different area and season, if we have to change the main flower we will inquire you through E-mail, so please write the correct E-mail address. If we don`t get any response in time, we will substitute with the flowers in the same color and theme.
You can add more main flowers or change the color of the flowers and the package colo, what you want we will try our best to do it.
Because of different flower arrangement people have different understanding of the picture on our site, and differet area and season, not all the match item the same as the picture show, but we promiss tha main item are the same as the discription of the product, so the flowers may have some difference between the picture. Please understanding that difference.

It`s for free that the China flower delivery in urban. If the recipient isn`t in urban, about US$5-20 delivery fee will be require to added.
We support the same day delivery to China in most cities,3-6 hours can be send to the recipient. In order to delivery your gifts in time, order ahead 1 to 2 days is best. In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.

When we receive the order, we will check the payment. If we don`t receive the payment, we will send an email to make sure, if we get the payment, we will arrange the order and send the email to inform the order condition.
