Today should have been the most important day of my life. Today should have been a special day, a day to change the rest of my life. A day where all my priorities changed, where I had something new and precious to focus my life around. A day where my dreams finally came true, where I finally got the one thing I had always wanted......
Today is/was Stanley's due date. Yep, he should have been born today....
Of course, as you all know, he was botn instead on May 21st....pretty damn early, very small, very beautiful.
As he approaches 11 weeks old, I am just glad he is here at all, it could so easily have been a different outcome, today could have been a very sad day for us.
As it is, we have an absolutely beautiful son, I have a gorgeous fella, and the icing on the cake - another baby on the way
If life has taught me anything so far, its dont make plans...because they can turn upside down in a second....BUT things usually work out for the best in the end
Fate knows what she is doing, and we have to trust that....

Aww fantastic, do you have your little one home yet? Im 17 weeks pregnant and always thinking about how things could go wrong at any moment, just cant wait to get to 22 weeks!

WeeMimi - Yeah, I was lucky to have him home in a couple of weeks and he's absolutely fine now! I worried through my whole pregnany that something would go wrong, and I sometimes wonder if thats what brought on the early labour. But the main thing is he is here! Enjoy the pregnancy, try not to worry too much and enjoy your new baby when he/she comes along! They are so wonderful. I love being pregnant and being a mum so much, I'm pregnant again already! LOL xxx All will be fine, so relax and enjoy xxx much love xxx Cheb xxx
