| McCain Scandal did he, or didnt he. |
This is how I see it. If McCain has nothing to hide, and they are Smearing or Slandering his good name he would slap them with a defermation law suit so quick it would make our heads spin. After all he has hired the best attorney money can buy, and this attorney specifically is known for taking on Newspapers with slander lawsuits.
So if McCain doesnt sue, I think this is an indication that McCain might be afraid of a smoking gun that might exist out there. Maybe the new york times is sitting on something solid. I mean why else wouldnt McCain sue them. They couldve just cost him the election of the highest office that exsists. Ill tell you why. He knows that somewhere out there is a smoking gun. That could ruin him for good.
That is the only reason he wouldnt take his hot shot lawyer and go after the New York times with a vengence.
