Instead of making a blog for a specific goal and making rules that I want to follow, I am instead just making a blog designed to increase my overall awareness. I know who I want to be and I am on my way to becoming that person but what gets in the way is a lack of awareness. For example, if I continue to eat things that are unhealthy out of habit and that makes my body feel bad, or if I don't go to yoga out of laziness or because I ate something that prevents me from going, or if I let my emotions get out of control and have reactions that are not healthy or lack a positive outlook. So I'm just taking it one day at a time, trying to think before I act instead of living my life out of addictions or habits. I want to have the best life possible and I'm on my way!
