i didn't go to school today , yay ! ! ! ! i got to sleep in till a glorious 12 , it was amazing . but now i have to get dressed , etc because i have to go to this banquet thing at my old middle school . my grandpa died last year and he was really involved there so now every year they give out 2 awards in honor of him and tonight they're giving one out , so my whole family is going . i didn't really know him that well but tonight still might be hard , it's a blatent reminder that he's not here anymore . sometimes i feel like a bad granddaughter because i never took the time to get him know him that well =[
