Going Green
For many years I have been told to recycle, to use natural products rather than products full of chemicals. The recycling wasn't so difficult, but the natural products was a bugger. I used baking soda, lemons, oranges, vinegar...etc..., but they never seemed to do the job of windex, lysol, scrubbing bubbles or the other products that are full of bad chemicals. I also found that I was using formaldahyde, and fiberglass on my body because I used shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. I was at a loss for how to replace these chemically ridden products effectively. I did find a few products at a local coop, but I am not paying $16.00 for a bottle of shampoo, or $10.00 for an all purpose cleaner. I wanted to find cleaning products and hygiene products all in one place, they needed to cost no more than what I had been paying for the other products, and I didn't want to travel far to get them. I figured I had a dilema that would never be completely solved. I was so darn happy when I ran across a company called Melaleuca...WooHoo... I was looking for a way that I could work from home, with little or no financial risk/investment. Again another dilema I thought I would never solve...lol I was so delighted to find out that this company solved my product dilema, and my working at home dilema. They have products for cleaning my home, my dogs, my laundry, myself and anything else that comes at me, and their products are all natural/non-toxic. Heck if we were really thirsty we could drink their most stringent cleaners and not have to worry about poisoning. I am so elated about my findings that I just had to share them with the world. Thanks for the information. I have had the same issue with trying to find "green" products. Thanks again! :)
